Here you can come out as a tool rebel. Only here do you have the chance to personalize your tool. This is the only place where you can get the fan program for real Wera freaks.

How do the Wera tools in this shop differ from Wera tools in stores?
The product quality is identical. This is about real fan tools. You can find the Wera range in stores.

Can I personalize each product?
For each set, we have selected hero items that can be personalized. Unfortunately, no personalization is possible for the assembly of the sets. Is there an article that you really want to have your name on? Please let us know here - we are always happy to receive suggestions and check which wishes can be realized in the future! Stay tuned!

Of course, we comply with all applicable laws and standards. The products are particularly durable and thus avoid the increase in mountains of rubbish. The packaging is reusable, for example to store tools that are needed for a job. the
Insoles can serve as a storage place for small parts.

Are special materials used?
Here in the shop we use the same materials as for the Wera tools on www.wera.de

All statutory warranty provisions apply.

However, we are also very accommodating. If something doesn't work the way it should, we'll find a solution.

Unfortunately, you cannot order the spare parts in our shop. But get in touch via our contact form and we will surely find a way to help you.

All about the ordering process

Which service provider do you ship with?
The packages are sent with DHL. Letters are delivered by Deutsche Post.

How long does delivery take?
You can find the exact delivery time on the product detail page. As a rule, the shipping time is 2-4 working days within Germany. Of course, we will do everything we can to ensure that you can hold your Wera Tool Rebel items in your hands more quickly.

How can I track my order?
Can't wait for your Wera Tool Rebels order to reach you? Then take a look at your customer account and use the tracking number to track when your package will arrive. Alternatively, you can also use the shipment link in the email you receive from DHL.

guest order
If you ordered as a guest, you will receive an order confirmation by email after you have placed your order. All your ordered items are listed there. You will also be informed by email about further steps such as shipping the goods. An overview directly in our shop is unfortunately not possible without a customer account.

customer account
If you create a customer account or have already logged in and placed an order, you can view the status of your order at any time under "My Orders". Of course you will also be informed by email.

Not logged in

If you have placed an order without being logged into your customer account, it will be treated like a guest order.

Change
You have already sent your order and still discovered something cool that you would like to order? To ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible, it will be processed directly, so that unfortunately we can no longer make any changes.

Cancel
To ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible, it is always processed directly and can therefore no longer be cancelled.

Correct delivery address?
A typo in the delivery address? Of course that happens to everyone. Since the order is processed directly and your data is sent directly to the shipping warehouse, we unfortunately only have a very small time window of around 30 minutes to adjust the address. It is therefore best to contact mail@toolrebels.de immediately with your change and your order number

If you have already received a tracking number from DHL, unfortunately we can no longer intervene.
However, you have the option of using the DHL shipment link to try to enter your desired location later and thus redirect your package to the correct address.

We are also happy to send your package to a Packstation or DHL Paketshop/post office! In order for the rebellious delivery to find a safe place to store it, please enter your details as follows:

packing station
- Instead of your street, enter the packing station of your choice (e.g. 'Packstation 123') in the address field
- Your post number (e.g. '12345678') in the space provided below
- Don't forget the postal code and city!

DHL parcel shop/post office
- Instead of your street, enter 'Postfiliale' (also for DHL Paketshops) and
- instead of the house number, enter the three-digit parcel shop or branch number. (e.g. 'post office 123').
- Don't forget the postal code and city!

You will be informed by email and in the Post & DHL app as soon as you can pick up your package. Please note the relevant collection deadlines that DHL will inform you about!

Have you been waiting for your package for more than 10 working days? We are very sorry! Please contact us here with your order details and we will check where your shipment went to for you.

On the DHL website there is also the option of tracking your package with your tracking number.

Returns and Complaints

Unfortunately, a direct exchange of a returned item is not possible.

As soon as the item you have returned has arrived and been checked, it will be credited using the method you specified as the payment method. You can simply reorder the item.

That's a pity!

In this case you can make a revocation. You can find the return conditions here .

Please use the contact form to inform us about your return request. It would help us a lot if you gave us your order number, the article number and, if you wish, the reason for your return. You will then receive a return number from us.

If possible, please use the original packaging and send the package with the shipping company of your choice, stating the return number or the order number to:

Why do I have to pay for the return myself?
We want to offer fair prices in the shop. If we had to calculate return costs, the prices for the merchandise would be higher and we would be disadvantaged for all customers who think carefully about their order.

The credit is always made in the way you specified as the payment method.

If you pay by credit card , we will refund the amount to your credit card account.

When paying with PayPal , the amount will be credited to your PayPal account.

If you have chosen Klarna as the payment method for an order, the refund will also be processed via Klarna. After receipt of the return, the refund takes about 3-5 working days. Please turn to

Customer account, login, data protection

If you have created a customer account with us, you can view all your orders in the order history at any time. All you have to do is log in.

How does payment with Klarna work? Conditions for purchasing on account with Klarna
To be able to pay with Klarna, please note the following: You must be at least 18 years old to use Klarna as a payment method. The billing address provided must match your registration address. The maximum permitted purchase amount per Klarna invoice is determined by Klarna with the help of a credit check and varies from person to person. If your purchase fails, you may be able to try again with a smaller amount.

Instructions in 5 easy steps

Paying with Klarna is very easy - and this is how it works:

1. Select Klarna as the payment method and enter your billing and delivery information. Don't worry, your shipping address can differ from your billing and registration address (the addresses just have to be in the same country).

2. Klarna then carries out an identity and credit check and checks your information - this only takes a few seconds.

Please note that late or non-payment of your Klarna invoice can have a negative impact on your creditworthiness. You can call up your Klarna invoice at any time in the Klarna portal to keep track of it.

Who do I contact if I have questions about an open invoice?
In cooperation with Klarna we offer you the purchase on account as a payment option. Please note that a Klarna invoice is only available for consumers and that payment must be made directly to Klarna.
